Refunds & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Include your name, order number, and reason for your request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
If an order is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement after verifying the shipping status.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order is returned to us, you may choose to have it reshipped at your expense.
If you choose not to reship the item, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All products are made to order.
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, we are unable to make changes.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are only available within 30 days of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
